REFUNDS & RETURNS

We love our customers, and your satisfaction is very important to us. We will do everything we can to make you happy and we will deliver the very best products and services.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.

If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different colour, that's no problem. To be eligible, your item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for missing incoming deliveries. The goods must be unused, in the same condition you received them in, and they must also be in the original packaging. We will charge a small freight fee to dispatch your replacement, depending on your location.

We take quality very seriously. Our products are made with the finest materials available anywhere in the world. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us at marketing@moderndaycommunications.com and one of our friendly staff will get back to you as soon as possible.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

 We want you to look after you silk so it can look after you. 

  • All silk products are 100% Mulberry Silk
  • Machine wash 30°C (86°F) in a delicate wash bag
  • Hand wash in cold water
  • Dry Clean preferred
  • Iron low heat
  • Do no tumble dry or bleach 

All products can be machine washable as it is the highest quality of Mulberry Silk. We recommend low temperature, gentle cycle and using a delicate detergent. A delicate mesh bag will prevent your silk from any snagging or pulling in the washing machine. 

Mulberry Silk dries quickly feel free to hang to dry but avoid any direct sunlight.

For best results and maximizing the life of your silk products, we recommend hand washing your products with cold water.
